Uniquely Crafted Transformational Experiences
We create transformational retreats, ceremonies, and experiences uniquely designed for the people and moments they serve. Each experience is an intuitively crafted, once-in-a-lifetime divine play of transformation. They all have their unique theme and atmosphere, different shamans and facilitators, distinct locations, content, and inner and collective processes. Our offerings include both open retreats and ceremonies, as well as private journeys for individuals and small groups.
Lila Harmonia – The Divine Play of Harmony
Lila, an old Sanskrit word, means play – the divine play of creation, destruction, and re-creation, the folding and unfolding of the cosmos. Free and deep, it reminds us that we are all gods here to enjoy, love, co-create, and explore the infinite possibilities of existence.
Harmonia, resembling harmony in several languages, stands for the state of balance, agreement, and peaceful coexistence and co-creation of different elements. It reflects the delicate balance of life’s dualities – light and shadow, joy and pain, individuality and unity, and all beyond. With love at its core, it embodies the idea that the full spectrum of existence can live in balance, in a sustainable way that enables everything to flourish in its own unique way. In harmony, all works together seamlessly, complementing one another to create wholeness and alignment.
Creators of Lila Harmonia
Lila Harmonia is created by two shamanic facilitators whose journey, driven by transformational love, has moved through the healing and balance of feminine and masculine energies, deep inner and collective work, and devotion to exploring various practices of self-discovery, healing, and spiritual growth. Accompanied by strong design and organizational skills, we adapt to the roles of facilitators or event organizers depending on the occasion.
We co-create retreats and other transformational journeys with a curated, diverse network of shamans, facilitators, coaches, musicians, and practitioners from different modalities, traditions, and backgrounds.
Our mission is to guide human evolution, ignite human potential, and co-create a harmonious world for all.
Our Approach
At Lila Harmonia, we create safe, sanctuary-like spaces for transformation, discovery, and healing. We embody a trauma-informed approach and emphasize the importance of preparation and integration for transformational experiences.
At the heart of our retreats and ceremonies is the co-creation of people, beings, and energies. We bridge different people, modalities, and approaches such as shamanic wisdom, nature-based practices, yogic traditions, modern therapeutic and facilitation techniques, holistic well-being modalities, and more. We also seamlessly weave together individual and collective processes into unified collective plays where everyone learns, grows, explores, and transforms. Each retreat and ceremony we create balances sacredness, healing, and adventure.
